Kamlesh, Age 22, prior to being a participant in this training program was working as a daily wage laborer at a construction site with a wage of Rs 250/day and was finding it very difficult to make ends meet for himself and his family, in spite of being a graduate.
However, after becoming a Certified Backhoe Loader Operator from this training, he is now employed with Rashi Construction and earns a wage of Rs 15000/month. And now, is not only able to take care of his own expenses but also support the education of his siblings. While he used to travel on a bicycle, he has recently financed a motorcycle for himself
