To Empower the youth and people from rural & underprivileged sections of society, through education/skill development initiatives, leading to engaging them in gainful economic activities. SSD  has initiated the noble “Skill Empowerment for Employment Program” (SEEP) project. 
Under the ‘SEEP’ program the Society aims to collaborate with the industry leaders and provide low-cost  Technical Vocation & Education Training (TVET) for its target group in Sagar, aimed to empower them with industry-required skills and thereby enable them to gain sustainable & respectful employment /Self Employment.And also support the Industry with able and qualified manpower 
We are extremely pleased to share that for this purpose,  SSD has partnered with JCB India, a leading global  manufacturer of Heavy Earth Moving Equipment, and has established a fully equipped ‘State of Art training’ Centre at ELC Compound, University Road ,Sagar, Madhya Pradesh along with complete hostel facilities for residential training  
As a part of the SEEP Program, we have currently initiated Certificate Program for Backhoe Loader Operators  in our facility at Sagar and securing jobs for our target group in the fast-growing construction industry.
